Our Prices
- $300 per house up to 1000 square feet
- $75 for every additional 1000 square feet
- Additional $100 to inspect crawlspaces (due to the hazardous nature of the task) and any unattached outbuildings.
- We also give discounts for military, first responders, and seniors.
